Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
    • You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.

  2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

    • We offer various shipping options at checkout, with costs calculated based on location and shipping method selected.
    • Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.

  3. International Shipping

    • We currently ship worldwide! International delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.
    • Note: Customs fees and import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

  4. Order Tracking

    • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we offer easy returns.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  3. Return Process

    • Contact our customer service team at support@fabriccode.co to initiate a return.
    • Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  4. Refunds

    • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, back to the original payment method.
    • You’ll be notified once your refund has been issued.

  5. Exchanges

    • For a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
